Device Care Complete is optional coverage for new and bring-your-own phones, covering accidental damage, loss/theft, and post-warranty malfunctions. Device Care BYOD (for bring-your-own phone activations) and Device Care Connected (for new smartwatches/tablets) are optional coverage for accidental damage and post-warranty malfunctions. These plans renew monthly until cancelled and can be cancelled at any time. A maximum of 2 claims are permitted within a 12-month period, with coverage up to $3,500 per claim. For Device Care Complete only, cracked front screen repairs and battery replacements do not count towards the claim limit. Claims may be fulfilled with a new or refurbished product.
