In order to be eligible for this warranty, the Phone must have been purchased from TELUS or Koodo on or after October 24, 2025, must have an active TELUS or Koodo mobility plan, and must have had an original manufacturer’s warranty period of not more than 1 year. Sonim devices, smartphones with a manufacturer’s warranty of more than 1 year, tablets, watches, accessories, and all other Mobility products are not eligible for this warranty.
