Within TELUS technology solutions (TTech), we leverage our best-in-class technology solutions to offer differentiated bundles across our mobile and fixed services, serving both consumer and business customers. This is complemented by deploying next generation AI capabilities, including our Sovereign AI Factory, which leverages our network infrastructure and technology expertise to help support the advancement of Canada’s technological sovereignty.

Bridging the divide: The Laurentian Project
This year marked a milestone in Canadian connectivity. The completion of the Laurentian submarine cable provides a critical digital lifeline, boosting capacity and redundancy for Eastern Canada. This isn't just infrastructure; it’s a digitally inclusive bridge to the global economy for rural and remote communities.
Powering Canada's AI future
We launched Canada's first sovereign AI factory this past September, establishing a secure, high-performance foundation—delivered in partnership with NVIDIA as an official Cloud Partner—that enables Canadian businesses to deploy AI innovations while ensuring their data remains within our borders. At the same time, we are building a powerhouse of AI-enabling capabilities, a portfolio that generated approximately $800 million in revenue in 2025 and is targeting $2 billion in 2028.

By integrating AI-powered clinical assistants into their practice, the West Carleton Family Health Team in Ontario is saving physicians around four hours per week. Digitizing compliance:
We partnered with Welch’s to deploy a manufacturer-indemnified data platform that automates regulatory checks for over 700 growers. By replacing manual processes with real-time digital validation, we are helping this farmer-owned cooperative ensure product quality and traceability across 40 countries.

- On October 31, 2025, TELUS acquired all of the outstanding multiple voting shares and subordinate voting shares of TELUS International (Cda) Inc. (TELUS Digital) not already owned by TELUS. TELUS Digital is now a wholly owned subsidiary of TELUS. Operating in 36 countries around the world, TELUS Digital aims to be the global leader in CX-AI (AI for customer experience) structured around four key service lines: i) Digital Solutions; ii) AI and Data Solutions; iii) Trust, Safety and Security; and iv) Customer Experience Management (CXM). These service lines, working together, allow us to support our clients in managing their complete customer journeys. TELUS Digital is uniquely positioned to deploy the data and institutional knowledge from our existing CXM and Trust and Safety relationships to drive CX-AI transformation for our clients. TELUS Digital’s relationship with other TELUS reportable segments is a significant competitive advantage, permitting TELUS Digital to partner in a real-life lab environment, where differentiated AI solutions are tested and scaled, and can then be rolled out to external clients. Post-privatization, TELUS believes that closer operational proximity between TELUS Digital and other TELUS reportable segments will facilitate enhanced AI capabilities across all lines of TELUS’ business, including telecommunications, health, agriculture and consumer goods sectors. Through TELUS Digital, TELUS drives leadership in AI deployments with real economic impact, building a strong portfolio of case studies and testimonials that positions us to be the partner of choice in deploying CX-AI for the most admired global brands.
