Customers on a 2-year service agreement receive a $10/mo discount for the initial 24 months, provided the eligibility requirements are met. Rental equipment must be returned in good condition within 14 days of cancellation or termination of service, otherwise the replacement cost will be charged to the account. The promotional offer will cease to apply if you downgrade below the minimum. Promotional offers do not apply to Basics service. Equipment may not be as shown. Third party devices may not be compatible. TELUS may provide alternative models based on availability or other factors and reserves the right to substitute an equivalent or better TV device without notice. Discounts, promotions, benefits and credits are earned for each full month of service and do not apply to partial billing periods. All prices do not include applicable taxes.
