Theme Packs are groups of related channels or streaming services, like sports, news, or lifestyle, bundled together. You can select the ones that match your interests, such as adding sports channels if you're a fan or lifestyle channels for cooking shows.
Some Theme Packs are streaming options (like Amazon Prime and Hayu).
Premiums include top streaming services like Netflix, Disney+, or Crave, as well as exclusive or international channel packs. You can choose Premium(s) as part of your package14, and even add more for an additional charge.
Most customers choose one of our recommended bundles. If you prefer to customize your own bundle, you can use our bundle builder.
With Optik TV, you can add channels directly from your onscreen guide. Just tune to the channel you want and follow the prompts.

Yes, you can swap out your channels and Theme Packs every 30 days. Simply log into My TELUS to manage your Optik TV package.
You can swap out your channels or Theme Packs every 30 days. So you’re free to add the appropriate channel or Theme Pack before the playoffs, then remove it (or swap it for something else) after 30 days.
